This privacy policy explains the principles and scope of processing personal data of the User, their rights, as well as the obligations of the administrator of this data, and also informs about the use of cookies.

The User is a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, to whom the law grants legal capacity, using electronic services available within the website.

Data Controller

Withdrawing consent for all purposes of processing will result in the deletion of the User's account from the website, along with all personal data previously processed by the administrator. Withdrawing consent will not affect actions already taken.
  4. Request for data deletion: The User may at any time request, without giving a reason, the administrator to delete their data. The request for data deletion will not affect actions already taken. Data deletion means simultaneous deletion of the User's account, along with all data processed by the administrator so far.
  5. Objection: The User may at any time object to the processing of personal data, both in terms of all personal data processed by the administrator and only in a limited scope, e.g., regarding the processing of data for a specific purpose. Objection will not affect actions already taken. Raising an objection will result in the deletion of the User's account, along with all data processed by the administrator so far.
  6. Request to limit data processing: The User may request to limit the processing of personal data, either for a specified period or without time limitation but in a specified scope, which the administrator will be obliged to comply with. This request will not affect actions already taken.
  7. Request for data transfer to another entity: The User may request the administrator to transfer their personal data to another entity. To do this, the User should write a request to the administrator, indicating to which entity (name, address) the User's personal data should be transferred and what specific data the User wishes the administrator to transfer. After confirming the User's request, the administrator will transfer the User's personal data to the specified entity, electronically. Confirmation of the User's request is necessary due to the security of the User's personal data and to ensure that the request comes from an authorized person.
  8. Information about taken actions: The Administrator informs the User about the actions taken, within one month from receiving one of the requests mentioned in the previous points.

Entrusting data processing to other entities

  1. Data entrusted to cooperating entities: The Administrator may entrust the processing of personal data to entities cooperating with the administrator, to the extent necessary to provide services resulting from the functionalities of the website or to provide commercial information from the administrator.
  2. Exclusion of data transfer: Apart from the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, Users' personal data will not be in any way made available to third parties or transferred to other entities for the purpose of sending marketing materials of those third parties.
  3. Transferring data outside the EU: Users' personal data on the website are not transferred outside the European Union.
  4. Compliance with the GDPR: This Privacy Policy complies with the provisions of Article 13(1) and (2) of the GDPR.
